wooooooooah, thats crazy... i think i'll have to start playing acoustic more. i knew you could hit the guitar like that, but i never knew it could actually fit into a song that well.
 
I thought that sounded like crap. Just a big wash of slurs and open tunings, with the melody sacrificed in the process, and little attention paid to the middle voices. It was more about technique and less about counterpoint. Didn't we leave this behind in the '80s?

If you close your eyes, does it sound that great? If not, it isn't music, it's theater.
 
i don't know what video that is. I don't have quicktime and don't feel like downloading it......i saw his site a long time ago.the video i saw then was him playing an acoustic at the end of some show. it blew me away because of his technical ability, and because the song sounded cool.
