Fatar SL-760 vs. Roland A-33

Both of these controllers are 76-key keyboards at about the same price. I have had the A-33 recommended to me, and Fatar recommended in 88-key format.

Does anyone have any advice on which of the two would be better? The A-33 lists as weighted keys, and the Fatar lists as semi-weighted, but they seem about the same otherwise.

For what it's worth, I would probably be using either one with a Roland jv-1010 module, which may/may not tip the scales to the A-33.

On a side note, I assume that there is an audio output from the jv-1010 so MIDI can be converted to audio data.
 
I should hope it would have audio outputs, otherwise, it might seem rather useless..
 
That's why I assumed so. However, I'm fairly new to the controller/module setup. I've mostly dealt with all-in-one setups. For all I know, the audio outputs run back through the controller, but it makes more sense that they run out from the module.
 
I would get the fatar. Its great feels like a real piano and sounds like one going through my yamaha expander.
