I have a metal pop filter that i record with but i've never used a fabric pop filter before. I'm thinking about buying a fabric pop filter to A/B the two. I would like to hear other peoples opinions and thoughts on this.

Those in the know seem to think that the metal filters allow more natural high-end to get to the mic, while the nylon filters tend to suppress some high frequency response. Personally, I had issues with the metal screen, because the air makes a "whistling" sort of sound on some plosives as it passes through the mesh. I think if you're happy with one, there's probably not a reason to switch.
