ez drummer and software programming help

i need help really bad with ezdrummer
i have it all working and everything but i have no clue what to do next
i plan on using it to play and record original drums that i wrote as its easier than according acoustic drums. what do i have to do in order to accomplish this i basically know nothing about this kind of programming. please help.

You need a host program to make EZdrummer work. EZdrummer is NOT a standalone application. You need a DAW (digital audio workstation) such as Sonar, Cubase, Adobe audition, etc. EZdrummer is a VSTi. Search on wikipedia for more info on those program
