Extracting wavs from a soundfont file

Is there a FREE way to do this, any application?
I just want to extract a drumkit in a soundfont, I don't want to buy a $400 sampler converter. I don't have or can use Soundstudio, is there an alternative? Everything I saw is paid?

Grab a demo copy of Awave studio, I've used it to split soundfonts up before. Don't know where to find it off hand so you'll have to google.

I am trying to use Soundfonts on a Protools LE in a mac, so you can imagine it'll be a hell of a trip until I actually get there.
