External Power Supplies

Seems like most of the outboard gear I have, and most of the stuff I'm looking at has these big ol' external power supplies. (Brent Averill, API, Chandler....)

Right now, I just have them sitting on a corner of a table next to my rack.
But I'm wondering how some of you have incorporated these into your studio so they're not such an eye-sore; while still keeping them fairly accessible?

Pics would be cool!

Here's an elegant solution. Your supplies are bigger than these wall warts, but the same principle applies.

Ha,ha good pic crazydoc, that looks exactly the same as under my desk, right down to the surgemaster II. beware of warts!

I'd say: power strip at back of rack or one of those power strips with the outlets at the back, rackmountable and a power switch on the front (may need a 1U blank above and/or below if there's a lot of warts)

Off course all cables nicely zip-tied

One of the things on my (fairly long) 'list of things to do'- run everything that has a fan (mackie p/s) through the wall to a box in the other room.

Once I get off my lazy ass.

Yeah, but these are not wall warts I'm talking about, but instead, big honkin' external power supplies. About the size of a shoe box.

I'll figure something out.
