External Displays With a 13" MBP early 2015 !

Hi there, I currently am using my tv as an external monitor via my HDMI port. Im wondering is it possible for me to get a cable so that I can use another monitor through my thunderbolt at the same time ? So Id have my macbook screen, and 2 external displays all running simultaneously ?
 
1.) It's 2016 already.

2.) If your video card can support multiple monitors, and how many....it's not about the cable.
