Expresscard adapter??

Hi everyone

thinking about getting a UAD 2 solo laptop card....but....i have no card slot in my macbook....so will getting an adapter work??
something like this???

Does the UAD device use the USB bus on the ExpressCard connector or the PCIe bus? If it uses the USB bus, then yes, that would work because you're just physically converting one USB connection to another. If it uses the PCIe bus, then it won't work at all.

You'll probably have to ask UAD....
