exporting with Fruity Loops

I'm trying to export wav's from fruityloops to cakewalk HS2002 and I'm having trouble. For one thing, in cakewalk the loops sound different than it does it fruity loops. And it doesn't loop cleanly the way it does in fruity loops. Any suggestions?

1) Save the FLP track/s as a WAV./s. Then IMPORT the saved WAV. files into Cake.

2) Make sure your TEMPO in Cake matches the TEMPO from FLP.
