Exporting Trax

I'm currently work on a project with a band. I'm doing the recording at the location using their DAW (Delta 1010 -> Sonar 2.2). I am wanting to export the tracks from Sonar and import them into a Mackie 2496 Hard Drive Unit so that it can be Edited/Mixed in the studio using a Mackie d8b. Is there an easy way to get all of the tracks out of sonar to the Mackie (i.e. a render of some sort that would output all the waves so that they all start at their 00:00:00 or something like that)?

There is an Export feature so you can save each track that way.

Doesen't the "Export to OMF" export each track too? Then you woldn't have to manually export every track.
