Is there a way to export the click as an audio track in Cubase Sx? A friend and I are passing files back and forth and I need a click from his Cubase session. I am using Adobe Audition which doesn't support MIDI. Any ideas?

thanks in advance

Just record a track of the click on its own.

Not really, but you can make a quick click track using the LM7 clap / hihat / whatever you want and exporting that. That's how I usually do it.

run the audio out into an in line and record it.

Why cant you just find the bpm on it? Unless you set up a more complicated tempo track, click tracks are generally just one setting; the bpm.

Halion can you elaborate a little more? It is a more complicated tempo track so I can't just find the BPM as suggested.

Thanks for the input guys

As halion said, just use a rimshot or or some other super fast attack sound. Create a 1 bar midi track, place the hits every quarter note (maybe change the first one to something else or increase the volume so you where the one is) copy it to the whole track
