export naming/tokens

I want to export songs in CbB without having to type in the name. I didn't have to do it in Sonar. The new export dialog is hard to understand. It sounds like tokens will do it but I have no idea how? Any ideas? thanks.

The video is titled New Export Feature Explained, then the guy just wanders off for an hour and fifteen minutes before finally getting to the friggin' point. This doesn't make me want to watch any more of his videos.
