I recently was offered said soundcard. I hear very different stories about this soundcard. What do you people here think of it?

Hope it´s not too late...
We´ve been asking the same question lately...
We own one (EWS64XL) and we are happy with it...
It´s OK, we are not thinking in upgrading it for now, it´s a pretty cool soundcard, we´ve been recording on it any kinds of things. At first it was hard to understand it (it´s German and the explanations are kinda rough) but then we learned to handle it.
It cames with great software also,an instrument editor that is a real beauty.

From there, try to find "UweKindler´s Blue Page" a great Terratec user´s place. For soundsets for EWS64, also try
www.zixrecords.com (think it´s under construction now)
