I keep coming back to "none." There IS no reason for this weird thing to exist.

These guys (guy?) don't even have more than one of these things made!

I suppose I don't see a reason for it not to exist. It's a midi synth toy. There's always going to be someone who finds a use for it.

If the guys who make it are lucky, someone famous will use it, and they'll sell a million units to people trying to recreate that "Coulton Footar" (or whoever) sound.

Sure it's not the be-all-end-all midi controller they make it out to, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

I have seen a lot more useless things make a lot bigger of a splash than this, but it still never ceases to amaze me the amount of dumb stuff people make.
