I think the vocals sound very good for the majority. Nice and clear. There's a couple of spots where you sound too close to the mic. (2:13 - HOLD you in, for example)

The acoustic sounds very much in the mid and treble. Could use some low end to fill out the spectrum.

I don't know the original but I enjoyed this version.
