El Nacho
It's a PV Vortex 1. This one is my sons. He brought it by for a little work. I rescued it from a pawn shop, and gave it to him 9 years ago. It's an incredible guitar. Maple neck/body, Kahler trem, ebony fretboard. It suits him perfectly. He's so metal that when it rains he rusts. They aren't too common so I thought I'd share.

friend of mine has an '80's peavey bass that i've been trying to buy from him for over 10 years now!! even though he doesn 't play anymore he won't let it go!!

just like this guitar that bass is a killer!!! maple neck/fretboard, maple precision body, one MASSIVE pick up, super tone, super feel,... time to give him a call, haven't seen him for a while. :D :D

Don't let him run around with it.

Yes it's dangerous, but it's quite effective at slaying trolls, and ogres.

I need to replace the jack, clean the pots and switch. I'm going to set it up with GHS 10's this time. I used some on the old Harmony I just resurrected. It sounds pretty good so we'll see how walmart strings work on his.

any metal head would be proud to play that axe.

wal mart strings - i normally buy around 5 packs of strings at a time. i bought some (boomer 10's) from a local music store that was near by a couple of months ago and i be damned if those strings did'nt break like wet rubber bands. out of every pack i broke at least one string and mostly 2 or 3. i don't know what gives. i made the same purchase from wal mart a couple of weeks ago and have'nt had any breaking strings. i did notice that the packaging is different between the music store / wal mart boomers. i'm starting to wonder if the strings are different too.

i should go get a pack from each place and compare them.
