NewB . I am setting up my 1st system and I have a Macbook Pro , Tascam US 122 MK II USB 2.0 midi interface(brand new) , M-Audio BX5a deluxe monitors(brand new) . Mainly going to use Garage Band and electric guitars to start out with , been playing for years but this is my first time trying to do the studio/recording stuff . I also was just given a pretty much brand new Stageworks LG 200 powered mixer but not sure if I want or need to add this in.
Can anyone tell me the best way to hook all this up for the best results?
I.E. cables , sequence ... Looking for more direct answer than I' ve seen on the various web sites telling you to buy this buy that...
