I'm looking to buy an Epiphone G400 Korina (SG-style), but I can't find any here in the USA!! There's plenty of them in Great Britain, but the shipping fees would be steep, and I don't want to do overseas shipping, anyway... too many things could go wrong.

I've looked around (Ebay, I Googled it, all the "big" guitar sites, etc) but can't find anything but old "used" ads, none of which the owner still has the guitar. :( These guitars were made for just a few years (like 1998 to 2003, I believe), but finding one has proved to be a pain in the old arse.

Does anyone know where I can find one?... or better yet, do you (or do you know somebody) who's got one they'd like to sell?

A humble "finder's fee" of $10US will go to the person who can find me a good one... provided that I actually buy the one you refer me to. (I will send money via PayPal)

If you have any other suggestions on how to find one of these guitars... let me know, PLEASE! :)

PS, I think that Korina G-400 is the best SG Epiphone has ever made!

Hey, thanx... I called that guy already (this morning) and he wants a whopping $700 + $45 shipping for that guitar!!! That's $300 more than they went for (new) just 2 years ago at Musicians Friend and other places, where they sold for $449 with free shipping. I can't justify spending that much ca$h for a copy when I can get a real Gibson SG for $750 new just about anywhere.

Bummer... :(

The reason I want this guitar is because it's the closest thing to my first electric guitar... a Penco SG copy with a natural (light wood) finish. I've been looking for another Penco SG for over 5 years and I've finally given up on finding one. The G400 Korina is the closest in looks to that guitar, which has a lot of sentimental value.

Oh well... thanx for trying guys! :)
