Emu xboard 49 problem

hi, anyone use xboard49 here?
i got a problem installing it. When i plugged it to my computer it just blue light on mean got power, but after 3sec no more...no power already then say unknown device or wad. I try different pc oso cannot......anyone got same problem and fixed/????? tq
 
Sorry no, I have that controller and have never experienced that.
 
Sounds like the USB port cannot supply enough power for it. Try using it with the ac power adaptor.
