will this pci slot be able to accomodate the emu 0404?
by the way, my computer is a p4 2.5 ghz 90 gig hd with 512 mb ddr ram.

yes, it will. That's an ordinary PCI slot.

I have a friend who uses a 0404 in a Sony Vaio P4 desktop PC from 2004 or so... he's had no problems or issues with it. There's a good price on 0404's from GC in their September 05 buyer's guide... $75 after rebate.
