Elliot Smith Cover

dude,
one of my all time favorite elliott smith songs! It's amazing how his music transcends! Nice job, if not a little too elliott smithy for a cover. Especially like the way it kicks in the end, but even if it hadn't it would be just as stellar. I really am a huge fan of the singer/acoustic guitar song. Love it soo much. Elliott Smith does it just about as good as anybody. He's in my top 3. Also, nice job on not using a pitch corrector. There was an earlier post of a Nick Drake cover where he used a vocal corrector, and I felt it ruined an otherwise respectable cover. If you did use one, I couldn't hear it, so kudos-but I don't think you did. Whatever engineering imperfections there were (and I didn't notice), were dwarfed my a very, very descent cover of a truly great artist.:D

This is excellent. I tend to like it when a cover is changed around to sound more different from the original, but this is really great nonetheless. I have always liked this song. Thanks for sharing it.
