Is there a way to use Cakewalk to eliminate P-pops in a recorded track? You know, the exaggerated P sound that sometimes results from not using a pop filter in front of the mic. If Cakewalk can't do it, is there another program that will?

Thanks, Al

Bring the vocal track up in the track editor and put in a volume envelope over it. Isolate the pop and pull the volume down on just the "p" syllable. If you have a de-esser plug-in don't apply it to the entire track, just high light the offending "p" or "ess" and use it there.
