This piece was a bit of a challenge and took quite a bit of extra time with my vocal coach Mr. Didier.
Here I sing "Chi il Bel Sogno di Doretta" from the Opera "La Rondine" written by Puccini.
Synopsis: In 1860, at a cocktail party in her salon, mistress Magda takes up the poet Prunier's song with words of her own. Her ending is simple: a young student one day kisses Doretta so passionately that she now knows what passion is.
