I need a cable for recording, mostly guitar, through my AKG 320. Might as well buy a 30 ft. one in case I need the length sometime, eh? Which couple of brands are recommended, and at what price?

BLUE Kiwi cable. 20 feet. Should be about $29US online if you look around a bit. Try musicians friend.

I've got 6 B.L.U.E. Kiwi quad cables, and they've been no trouble, including the one I got the hard way (came free with my B.L.U.E. Kiwi)-Richie

I've had great success with Mogami cable and Canare cable. Mogami is available a lot of places. Canare is available at www.markertek.com (their stock cable is made with Canare cable ... good stuff). For Mogami, there's a guy on eBay that I bought a couple of Mogami snakes from recently.
