Ok, I'll give it a listen. To be really honest, I think it needs some work - there's a lot of loose timing in the playing, which is quite distracting for ambient music and discordant clashing of bass and guitar notes. Also, the whole mix sounds quite thin - the guitar sounds like it's had all the body EQ'd out of it and the synth line is all harsh high frequencies.

I don't mean to flame you man, I just think there's a lot you could do here that would improve your tune
