Anyone ever went the Electric Drum set route for recording?
I recorded a Gospel singer last year with some Live drums, Bass, and Keys and it came out pretty well. (Considering experience, space, and a rigged mic placement) I have been eyeballing a couple of Electric Midi Drum Sets to give me more of a LIVE feel that I think a MPC lacks.....Mainly for RnB Ballads, some up tempo stuff, and of course some more Gospel.....
Any experience/guidance anyone can share?
