imm looking to create like programed drums or idk like the postal service or of montreal or like owl city or other artists like those. ive experimented with fruity loops with the step sequancer but that doesnt seem to be the best option. does someone have a better option? it there a hardware device that could be programed in that manner? what programs would you recommend.
