I ran across this card, and it seems incredible for the price...

Here's the specs.

Now, I havent found many cards at ALL with sampling rates of 192kHz, and for a price of $159.95, this card seems unbeatable, anyone know about this card, or care to share thoughts?

192kHz support is imho a bit academic.
Humble homestudio setups to which this card undoubtedly is aimed can hardly benefit from 96kHz, let alone 192.

I was in the market for a similar card this summer and I went for proven technology, an M-Audio Delta 410. Roughly same price and you know what you're going to get.
But YMMV.
