Ego-Sys HexaFire or RME Fireface 800?

Both have multiple ins, pre's etc.
The RME has more to offer, but the real question here, is sound quality.
Which uses better converters, and which offers the better sound quality?

I don't expect many to have tried both side by side.
But based on reputation I'd pick RME every time. Both for sound quality and stability.
I've yet to read a bad thing about RME (pro stuff) while I hardly know anything about Ego-Sys.
Just my two cents.

HexaFire isn't available... it isn't out yet... maybe it won't be at all. I have QuataFire 610. It's great... no problems so far.
