im readin all the advice just sometimes i dont even understand wtf it means, that article has a lot of shit in it that i dont even get

If you have a home studio, get used to not understanding acoustics. Even well known acousticians don't understand some of the physics involved yet. However, basic applications that you can use in your studio are explained in depth and in laymans terms here...

I see you already claim to have a studio called...RABBIT HOLE. Well let me tell you something. The REAL Rabbit Hole is Acoustics. Just like Alice, you can get lost for a long time in the hole..so beware. There are dead ends, characters equal to the story, and consequences of believing everything you read. Thats why I posted the link. Thats as real as it gets. So good luck and remember why you got into this in the first place.....TO HAVE FUN!!! :p

I wouldn't worry too much about the readings taken from tests etc, just focus on the sections that cover bass traps and absorbers and how to set up your listening environment.

It will take a few reads, I went over it heaps but slowly it will start making sense. I apologise for being a bit feisty!!... :o :) :)
 
thanks dude ill read up more on the bass traps, i tried to read it from top to bottom and just couldnt do it
