I have a darla s/card-2in-8out and wonder if efx pluggins, whether in cep or sound forge etc. vary in quality.Does the sound card help enhance the reverb by the onboard dsp or is the plugin sound the same on any high end card? The reason I am asking is because , I like the sound of my Alesis nano verb better than anything I get from my software, and I have soundforge xfx1 reverb and all that cep1.2a has to offer.
