Stop it, I can't breathe
Yesterday I was working on a new song. I didn't change any setting, still 4 aux buses and 3 virtual buses like always. But today I can't open it anymore (see pic). I've changed the aux buses to 16 and it still doesn't open. Seems like the file is corrupt!

Damn! I'm screwed.

And Moskus: don't think this can't happen with SONAR...it happened to me once in CW9 too and both SONAR and HS2002 evolved out of CW9 so....

i had a file mysteriously magled on me and couldn't figure out what was going on.

thankfully, since i use Sonar2.x I was able to convert the .wrk file to .mid to get the midi stuff and pull the audio from the project folder. about 30 minutes of shifting wave start times around and doing some copy/paste and i was back in business.

Just redid the whole song in an hour...and it's even better...I'm so lucky I'm a genius LOL :D

standing for: "rollin on the floor, laughin my ass off, because the guy next to me has a welding iron strapped to his buttcheeks, which are slithered in hot onion peels of zanzabar"

Just had contact with Evolution. The keyboard appears to buggy. It sends two (!) note off events after each note on event. Result: HS2002 gets out of order, doesn't know what to expect next. Waiting for a note on, but gets a note off instead.

So what does Evolution do about that?

I can't install the drivers for the UC-16, and they still haven't found a sollution yet.
 
What do you think about replacing the whole damn keyboard? "Your velocity board is screwed", we'll arrange a replacement (not my words, Evolution support's. Can you imagine Cakewalk support saying stuff like that? "Your HS2002 is screwed, we'll replace it for SONAR" :D )
