ECHO'S LAYLA24 or TERRATEC card???

Guys, can you tell me which of these soundcards is better?
I use PC for sequencing and hard disk recording, have Soundcraft Spiritfolio mixer...
I've been using SB live platinum
What do you suggest me to buy??
I have about 600-700$ earnings for soundcard..
Layla24 soundcard or some other???

Please answer me as soon as possible

you're comparing two different leagues here...

if you wanna spend the cash, buy the layla, it's better. spend some time figuring what you need.

I wouldn't listen to what i have to say but.....

....because ive only ever had two soundcards. An SBLive! Value and my terratec ews 88mt. The layla yeah is like far more professional and eberything but depends how much you want to spend. The terratec is about £325 over here in england about $500 i think, probably cheaper over there.

it has worked perfectly for me not a problem 24/96 recording on 10 inputs 8 analog 2 spdif. i can get latency dow to 3ms if i want to p[lay some program. althoughj i could nt record like that ccause it would be all glitchy. ok goto run now. hope that helped
