Echo Mia GSIF Settings

What would be a good place to start when setting my Mia's GSIF Buffer Settings? I have a 2.4GB PC with 1GB Ram + 2 7200 RPM Hard Drives. The options are: 64 samples, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048. Currently it's set at 128. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If everything is running fine, leave it. If not, just bring it to 512 and see if that stays solid.
