a good echo effect for what in particular

Echo?

As in ECHO....ECHo...ECho...echo....echo...

In pro tools this is down with the Delay plugins. Different lengths of time (Slap, short, medium?, long and very long) for longer delays.

Or Echo as in...

ECHOooooooooooooo......... (reverb)

Done with Dverb. Not my favorite, but with some tweaking it can sound Ok.

Can either be done as an insert or as an effects send. Sends are inserts set up on an aux track. Set the input of the aux track to be Bus 1-2 (for example) the put a send to Bus 1-2 on each of the tracks you want to have the echo.

Take care,
Chris

audiosuite plugins are also used to record the effect directly to a track so it can't be changed once it's been recorded with out undoing & redoing

D/verb is very.................I dunno clean?? (make sense) I've started using an alesis midiverb I & a roland RS550 multi FX as well as the Dverb

I have also just gained some good waveshell verbs :)

S :D

the d verb is terrible thought if any1 knos how to make it cleaner or nos wehre to get a better verb tell me
