I won't use any pay service offered by eBay. My credit card number was stolen by someone at eBay BillPoint (replaced by PayPal) a year ago. EBay asked for info concerning the transaction which I gave. After repeated trys I never heard back from them again. Luckily my credit card company had numerous complaints against the "company" which made the unauthorized charge so my account was credited. Because of this I had to cancel my credit card number and apply for a new one.
