easy question

ive got three questions. 1. is there a way to open omf files in cubase? 2. can someone tell me (or post a link to) some keyboard shortcuts. just basic ones like record, play, how to move where i am in the song etc. 3. how can i change the phase on a channel? thanks.

2.Make your own shortcuts or view current by selecting
edit/preferences/key commands

3. Select - functions/audio functions/invert
