Hi to everyone,

Does anyone have experience with Dynaudio M1 passive nearfield monitors?

Any comparison between M1 and BM6p (accuracy, depth/width of stereo field, bass response and mix translations)?

Need advice – what to choose?

Thank you very much in advance
Best regards

I have only worked with the M series stuff a few times so my knowledge is a little limited there. However, I did have passive BM6's for a while. Personally, the low end seems more natural on the M1's to me, the imaging about the same width, but the "sweet spot" seemed a little bigger. That however could very easily be the room difference. If I could have afforded M1's at the time that I bought my BM6's I would have defiantely bought them instead, and not been upset about the price difference. I currently use BM15's. I think I might have a hard time deciding between BM 15's and M1's though. M2's? No question;)

Xtatic, thanks for inormations.

I also thinking of BM15p, but I was reading a topic with negative feedback on 10'' + tweeter concept (...in last 30 years no one made 2-way 10'' monitor witch is good ...inaccurate in middle frequencies...wrong concept). I lost that link, sorry.

(Actually driver is 9'')

Regards
