Ok, anyone used the Valley People Dynamite gates in the past? Just another cheap used gate I'm looking at along with dbx 274, and Symetrix 564e.

I have some Allison Research/Valley People Kepex and Gain Brains, the only vintage (as opposed to just old) gear I own. One of these days I'll refurbish them and put them back in action. They were quite good back in the day.

the dynamite is fun for effect. Actually the Valley People Kepex gates are quite good. I actually prefer the Kepex II to the original Allison Research kepex gates. I know, a rare instance an AE prefers a newer version to an old version.

oh by the way the dynamite is a compressor not a gate. Get the Kepex gates sonny boy.
