DX7II-FD Definition

DOes anyone have or know how to acquire the instrument definition for a Yamaha DX7II-FD. I am trying to interface it with Sonar software. While we're at it, I also need a definition for a Hammond XB-2. Help would definitely be appreciated!!!!
