Does anyone know of aftermarket cartridges for the DX7 (markI)?? I am hoping to find a source for more powerful/updated sounds. If none are still being manufactured, could someone recommend some out-of-production favorites that I could watch for on EBAY??
I have original Yamaha data storage cartrige, cartridges #2 and #3, and an aftermarket cartridge called "Wedding Band". Many of these are weak and cheesy, even after adding effects and EQ.
Unfortunately, I do not have computer resources (midi) to download the patches that are available online , or the time to program my own patches.
