DVD RAM for D1624mkII

I was wondering if it is possible to hook up a DVD RAM drive to the D1624mkII through the scsi port. I know that the D2424 has an optional DVD RAM drive so I'm assuming that this is possible.

I'm not really familiar with DVD RAM technology so if anyone has any info for me it would be greatly appreciated.

I can't give you the answer you are looking for, but 2 suggestions...........1: Contact either your Fostex dealer and get them to find out or contact Fostex direct . 2: Go to Fostex's US website as there had been a discussion forum there......maybe someone there can help.

That's a good idea ausrock. I'll give this posting a few more days and see if anyone else replies.
