Dumb question - place for cheap patch cables?

I finally scored a drum module, and I need like 12 patch cables. I always pay out the ass at Guitar Center and Rad Shack, so where's a reasonable place to get some decent 1/4-inch audio cables? I'm not one of those types that needs Monster cables - the cheaper the better, as long as they work.

not a bad idea. I guess the other option is the RCA-1/4" snakes on ebay. that would at least keep 'em all together nice
 
I don't think you will find much cheaper than that deal at Musician's Friend.

Building your own cables is cheaper if you already have all the soldering equipment and supplies, if you are building lots of cables, and you want high quality for a lower cost. Building your own cables would be more expensive than that 10 for $10 deal, although you could do a lot better quality when making your own.
