Drummer would like to Colab

Im a drummer with a computer set up and would like to do some
drums for some tunes,
Im best suited for middle of the road rock or country type stuff.

Sorrry cant do speed metel or punk, Am just to old to handle
anything that fast.
Im not good enough on guitar or bass to record any music that sounds worth a crap so if anyone wants some Real drums on something let me know would love to give it a shot.

hey, i would definitely like to colab on something!

what is the domain name of your email address? (ex. xxxx@domainname.com) i need the domain name to allow you to email me (to tweek the junk/spam mail settings on my email account)
 
If you want to take a shot at the tune I have up right now (you just reviewed it - thanks BTW). It's called What I Want. Right now it has VERY canned drums, so real drums would be cool.

It's 140 BPMs and it has two measures of silence before it kicks in.

I could email you the session file, and when CEP tries to open it up and starts asking you for files, just start pointing it towards the 9 tracks that you're going to download immediately, lmao.

Why can't anyone within 50 miles post something like this?

replys.
I hope i dont suck to bad for you guys.

tripleM I got you mp3 down loaded and Chriss Im going to start down loading yours next.
I will do a mp3 mix and put it up when i get these two done
If the drums are good enough for you I will ship a cd with the
wave files on them so you can mix them the way you want.

I mostly use two over heads 1 snare mic 1 kick and a room mic

Tell me if you want seperat files or just a stereo mix.

No, seriously...less is more. I went WAAY overboard on my drum loops and crappy fills on this tune, so don't be influenced by that...if you want a mix with everything except drums, I'll be MORE than happy to upload that. Just lemme' know.

And yeah, erichenryus is not only funny, but he's right - I'm actually shocked you haven't gotten more replies, lol.

Thanks for the chance to work on these tunes guys.

I hate to be a pain but it would help if I had the songs with out the drums on them and also if you could add about 30 seconds
on the front end cause my drum kit is 30 feet from my mixer and
recorder.

I have burned a copy of Triple m and chriss,s tunes to learn
first its going to take a few days to get them burned in to my
pea brain before i can record anything.

yeah, you're going to mic up a kit, learn my song, RECORD IT, then send it to me, and YOU'RE being a pain. LMAO.

Well, despite the HUGE nuisance, lol, I put up a drumless mix here: http://media.nowhereradio.com/cgi-bin/upload3.cgi


In CEP, just line it up exactle to the far left in a session, and put the session tempo on "102.1" and enable the metronome...you'll hear 4 beats, then about :30 seconds of silence (unless you've got the metro on), then after the :30 seconds, there's 4 more drum hits before the tune starts w/o drums. Hopefully, it'll line up fine.

It's uploading now, so it'll be a few minutes before it's there.
