I wanted some software that will allow me to create drum tracks to laydown over some guitar tracks I did. I have no freaking idea how to use this damn software (DKFH 2). I use Sony Acid to mix and record. I basically upload my tracks from a Fostex mr8 to Acid and mix. The website for DKFH was not that helpful. It almost seems that I need additional software that works with DKFH, like Cubase, to create drum tracks. Any info is appreciated.
 
DKFH comes with a Native Instruments VSTi plugin.

Your Sony Acid only supports DX plugins.

If you decide to use a different audio/midi sequencer, a good economical choice to add to Acid would be Tracktion --- which does support VSTi's and much more.
