I've been running N-track for awhile now with no problems. I recently purchased drumagog and had it working for a few days. Then one day I turn on my pc and when I try to use drumagog, N-track just freezes up. If the audio is playing, it usually will continue to play but I can't control anything on the screen. The drumagog work area opens up very slowly, piece by piece, sometimes taking a minute or more. Then all is well until I try to make a change in drumagog, then *POW* it locks up again. My PC is a brand new Dell with a 2.8 ghz processor (I'm only using 27% of it) and I have 1K of RAM. I've posted at drumagog and they have no idea, the N-track fasoft site has no clue and I can't use my $270 piece of software. I've tried uninstalls/reinstalls, buffer settings.... Somebody please help!!!

Once drumagog does come up, try to turn off that movie in the lower left corner of the drumagog screen. see if that helps.

If it worked OK initially, have you tried a System restore back to when it was good?

Or is it due to extra load, ie you're running more tracks, more plugins in your project and you suddenly hit the wall

It seems like I've hit the wall, but how can that be? My pc says I'm only using 27 % of my CPU and only half of my available 1K RAM.

FYI - Fairview, I couldn't figure out how to turn off the drum movie. It uses very little CPU anyway, but it was worth a try...

So last night I record some fresh drum parts and slap on drumagog...it works like a champ. What is the deal here? Is it possible I need more RAM? I've got 1K and my system says I'm only using half of that...
