is there a drum tuner out there where it tells u you when you intune inetead of giving u the preasure of the heads? just wondering

No. There is no one way to tune a drum so it would be impossible to make. The tension tuners are cool but you have to tune it right once to see what the tension is suposed to be. These things are so that you tune consistantly night after night. The torque wrench style drum keys work pretty well for this until your lugs get a little gritty. Then they don't work at all.
