how do i cut everything in a track out except for the drums?

so all i have is just the drums going in a song

Do you mean from a recording like a finished cd?

My best advice would be to buy a kit, buy some mics, buy some software, learn how to play the drums, then learn how to play the song, then record your own drum tracks.

Wish REALLY hard that all you had were the drum tracks. If you're talking about removing instruments and vocals and such from a song, it can't be done.
