Drum overheads

Can someone post me a couple of links to some pages on drum overheads, specifically on the precise positionings/angles etc? Some photos might be great too. I'm not happy with the sounds I've been getting and as new equipment may be purchased soon I'd like some ideas on getting the most from it.

I've been struggling by with dynamics but a pair of B1s will be on the way soon so I need to know how to use them properly (to compensate for my damn Behringer mixer ... grr!).

Have you ever tried PZM mics as over heads? They work great for me.
