Drum Mix Critique Please?

I am trying to get my drum sound in order and this is the best I've gotten so far and want to ask all of you what you thought.

The part I have the biggest problem with is the little ring at the end of the snare hit, but I'm having a hard time getting rid of it.

Any advise is welcome!

I am at work, so I can't hear it on my monitors, but overall I think they sound good. I'm listening on an altec-lansing 3 pc computer set with a sub. The only thing I notice is the extreme low end of the floor tom seems a little overbearing, but it might just be the hype from the sub. Overall, I'd say keep it.
